Tom Holt, President and Government and Public Affairs Director

Mr. Holt has been a lobbyist in Oregon since 1997, and a public policy communications professional since the mid-1980s. Prior to starting his own government affairs practice, he was a State Government Affairs Manager for Schering-Plough Corporation, a global, research-based pharmaceutical company, covering several Western states. Before Schering, he was executive director of and principal lobbyist for the Oregon State Pharmacy Association, a professional and trade organization.

Robin Holt, Vice President and Writing/Marketing Programs Director

Robin Holt has been developing and managing communications programs since 1985. Her diverse background includes writing, editing, content oversight, project management, strategic planning, web marketing, research and post-campaign analysis. Before starting her own business in 2000, she managed marketing communications programs in the Intel network branded products division and worked as marketing director for a national real estate firm. She gained her early creative and marketing experience working in the advertising agency business servicing a variety of clients. Robin’s ability to blend business and marketing acumen with her creative talent and writing skill has landed her on the A-List for many clients.

Julie Nusom, Marketing Consultant

Julie Nusom has nearly 20 years experience in high tech public relations and marketing communications. Former employers include Tektronix, McClenahan Bruer Communications and Intel. She has been an independent contractor since 2002 and has worked for many clients including Intel, RadiSys, Imperial Manufacturing and the Tualatin Valley Artists Coop. As an Intel contractor she has provided strategic direction for, as well as tactical execution of, a variety of communications programs.
